Perspective
昨日の礼拝メッセージは、Perspectiveについてだった。
ちょっと前にも、『博士の愛した数式』と伝道者の書のソロモンとの絡みで、この地上での私たちの人生を、「永遠」という観点から見るならそこに新たな意味が与えられる、というようなことを書いた。
また、今読んでいるダラス・ウィラードの『Renovation of the Heart』の五章でも、キリストに似た者に変えられていくための霊の形成における、ヴィジョンの大切さが語られていた。ウィラードはVision という言葉を使っていたけれど、Perspectiveとも深く関わっていると思う。主のPerspectiveをもって見る世界（自分自身や将来も含む）が、主が私たちにお与えになるヴィジョンと言えるのかな。
「永遠のいのち」を与えられたこと、神の御国に住む者とされたこと。これは、肉体の死の後のいのちにのみ関わることではなく、今日の私たちの生き方にも深く関わる。「永遠」というパースペクティヴ。そのもとで一日一日を生きること。頭ではわかっていても、実際にはまだ何かにつけてブレてしまうことが多い私。
Jesus, be my vision. Let me see things from your perspective.
Perspective
